Twentyfourc.com is operated by Cookie Batches, LLC., a privately owned company based in Santa Barbara, California USA.  We believe in the importance of maintaining our customer’s privacy and we will never use your information for any purpose beyond that stated or the permissions you give us. 

1 - WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing: With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

How do you get my consent?

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 
All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

8 - AGE OF CONSENT

When you enter a contest or redeem a promotional offer, you will be asked for some personal information, but only to allow us to judge the validity of your application and to contact you should you be declared a winner. If permission is granted and you are a winner, your name, city and state may be published on our website or announced via e-mail or other form of communication. Cookie Batches will never use your data for anything beyond the reason stated and the permissions you grant us. 

 11 - PUBLISHING
We reserve the right to publish email messages and letters sent to Cookie Batches. If you ask that we do not reveal your identity, that information will not be published. We never publish a private information unless specifically asked to do so by its owner. 

12 - CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.  If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.
