Here at Twenty Four Carrots, our customers are the most important part of our operation and our team will do whatever it takes to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. Product Refund Policy:

 

Except as otherwise specified by Twenty Four Carrots in writing or stated during the checkout process for bulk items, a 90-day money-back guarantee is offered on all Twenty Four Carrots products. All purchases made on our website are eligible for refunds within 90 days of the order date. In order to request a refund, customers must provide proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation number). Refunds are issued for the product cost only and do not include a refund of shipping charges.

 

Repeat purchases are ineligible for refund. Customers who have received a refund for a specific product are not eligible to request a refund for that same product again. This policy is in place to prevent misuse of our refund system.
